About Symmvia

Symmvia is building a high-trust care platform across public web, authenticated web, and a patient mobile app.

The product includes identity, permissions, billing, messaging, booking, provider workflow, and the data infrastructure required to make the system smarter over time.

We care about clear systems. Auditability, access control, operational clarity, and careful product design matter as much as speed.

About the role

This role becomes important once the platform is live and patient and provider operations require daily management. The focus is operational rigor: queue management, escalation rules, response standards, workflow exceptions, and live process quality. This is the person who helps turn a promising system into a dependable service.

In this role, you will
  • Own day-to-day clinical operations workflows once the live platform is in use.
  • Define queue standards, response targets, and escalation paths.
  • Partner with product and engineering on workflow improvements driven by real usage.
  • Translate founder and provider expectations into repeatable operating procedures.
  • Strengthen the service discipline as patient and provider volume grows.
You might thrive if you
  • You like bringing order to fast-moving service environments.
  • You can spot the difference between a product issue and an operating issue.
  • You care about throughput, escalation quality, and consistency.
  • Healthcare operations experience is strongly preferred.
Required capabilities
  • Experience running clinical-adjacent or other high-trust service operations.
  • Strong process and escalation judgment.
  • Ability to work across providers, support, and product teams.
  • Comfort turning ambiguity into repeatable operations.
