Symmvia is building a high-trust care platform across public web, authenticated web, and a patient mobile app.
The product includes identity, permissions, billing, messaging, booking, provider workflow, and the data infrastructure required to make the system smarter over time.
We care about clear systems. Auditability, access control, operational clarity, and careful product design matter as much as speed.
About the role
This role owns the intelligence layer of the platform. You will build the event model, analytical exports, AI-assisted workflow services, and evaluation loops that help Symmvia learn from intake, messaging, provider actions, and operational outcomes. This is not a model-demo role. It is about building a durable feedback system that makes the product measurably smarter over time.
- Design the event and analytics model that powers the data flywheel.
- Build Python services for summarization, classification, routing support, and evaluation.
- Own model input and output logging, prompt versioning, and human-review feedback loops.
- Create governed data pipelines from operational systems into analytical storage.
- Work with engineering and the founder to identify where AI creates real leverage.
- Establish an evaluation discipline that distinguishes useful systems from noise.
- You know the difference between model access and product advantage.
- You care about evaluation, review loops, and longitudinal product intelligence.
- You want AI to improve real systems rather than decorate them.
- Experience in regulated or high-trust domains is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare-adjacent workflow experience is a plus.
- Strong Python and production data pipeline experience.
- Experience building AI-assisted product workflows, not just prototypes.
- Ability to design evaluation loops, feedback systems, and model quality checks.
- Strong data-modeling judgment.
- Comfort working alongside a TypeScript product stack and product engineers.
