About Symmvia

Symmvia is building a high-trust care platform across public web, authenticated web, and a patient mobile app.

The product includes identity, permissions, billing, messaging, booking, provider workflow, and the data infrastructure required to make the system smarter over time.

We care about clear systems. Auditability, access control, operational clarity, and careful product design matter as much as speed.

About the role

This role exists to build the supply side of the platform once the product and operating model are already real. It owns provider-network development, operational alignment with partner entities, and the relationship layer required to make expansion coherent in practice.

In this role, you will
  • Source and develop provider and partner relationships.
  • Coordinate operational alignment across coverage, availability, expectations, and service levels.
  • Partner with the founder and operations on rollout sequencing by geography and service line.
  • Translate partner feedback into product and workflow priorities.
  • Help keep network growth disciplined rather than opportunistic.
You might thrive if you
  • You know how to build relationships without creating strategic sprawl.
  • You are credible with providers and rigorous with operations.
  • You can translate partner realities into concrete rollout decisions.
  • Healthcare provider or network operations experience is strongly preferred.
Required capabilities
  • Experience building high-trust partnerships in healthcare or another operationally complex domain.
  • Credibility across legal, operational, and product boundaries.
  • Ability to balance ambition with sequencing.
  • Strong judgment about supply-side quality and network discipline.
